Victor, 38, started his corporate career in the HR consulting field at Adecco where he started as a Sr Consultant and went on to work for various global technology companies like HCL, Digitall, Concentrix & Convergys. With extensive experience in HR & Operations, Victor has built and scaled teams across multiple continents which amounts to over 20 years of a global career. Over the past years, Victor has been involved in a couple of healthcare start-ups & also most recently, an M&A between a couple of US-based healthcare companies.

 

Victor loves to travel and is passionate about meeting people, experiencing different cultures & share experiences. His favorite outdoor sports are Tennis, Skiing & Cycling as well as cooking.
